Returns and Exchanges - Christmas Shopping Offer:
To help you to get the product that you want we offer a RETURN AND FREE EXCHANGE service for products ordered online (UK only).
If for any reason you are not happy with our products, please return them, in their original condition and packaging before 31st January 2020. We will exchange the items or provide you with a refund.All mail order purchases need to be processed by post and require a completed returns form, found on the reverse of the receipt.
In the unlikely event of our goods developing a fault during wear, they may be returned to us for inspection, after which a full refund, including your return postage (UK only) or replacement may be offered.
Before sending any item(s), first please phone/text (07784 501 425) or email (email@example.com) to let us know to expect the package.
Also, please ask your Post Office for a Proof of Posting Certificate. This will ensure that you will receive your exchange or refund in the event of your goods being mislaid in the post.
UK Return for Exchange: Fill in the form on the back of the receipt. Return the item(s) in the regular post (1st or 2nd class, i.e. NOT signed for/recorded). You will be sent your exchange item free of postage charge.
UK Return for Refund: Fill in the form on the back of the receipt. Return the item(s) in the regular post (1st or 2nd class, i.e. NOT signed for/recorded). Once the items have been inspected and deemed satisfactory (including original item packaging), your product refund will be issued.
Europe, USA & ROW Returns: You are responsible for paying return postage.
In the case of a faulty good, postage will be refunded upon receipt an inspection of the goods.
