Thanks to my fantastic village post mistress at Colerne News, mail will continue to go out as usual.
Rest assured that the two people who are handling the orders (including me) are being super vigilant with hand washing before and after processing orders.
The delivery service may be a little slower then usual, as the Royal Mail are under pressure and under staffed, but yes, we are up and running!
We always provide tracking codes for our deliveries. However, there may be a small delay in getting the code to you. If you have any concerns, please do contact me and I will follow it up as quickly as possible.

Europe (EU): £10, 1st/2nd Class Signed For Royal Mail, 2-5 working days
Rest of World: £20, Airmail Signed For, approx 5 working days

Returns and Exchanges:
To help you to get the product that you want we offer a RETURN AND FREE EXCHANGE service for products ordered online (UK only).
If for any reason you are not happy with our products, please return them, in their original condition and packaging within 31 days. We will exchange the items or provide you with a refund.All mail order purchases need to be processed by post and require a completed returns form, found on the reverse of the receipt.
In the unlikely event of our goods developing a fault during wear, they may be returned to us for inspection, after which a full refund, including your return postage (UK only) or replacement may be offered.
Before sending any item(s), first please phone/text (07784 501 425) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to let us know to expect the package.
Also, please ask your Post Office for a Proof of Posting Certificate. This will ensure that you will receive your exchange or refund in the event of your goods being mislaid in the post.
UK Return for Exchange: Fill in the form on the back of the receipt. Return the item(s) in the post. You are responsible for paying return postage. You will be sent your exchange item free of postage charge.
UK Return for Refund: Fill in the form on the back of the receipt. Return the item(s) in the post. You are responsible for paying return postage. Once the items have been inspected and deemed satisfactory (including original item packaging), your product refund will be issued.
Europe, USA & ROW Returns: You are responsible for paying return postage.
In the case of a faulty good, postage will be refunded upon receipt, inspection and acceptance of the goods as having a manufacturing fault.

The Plastic Issue
There is no perfect solution, but we can all try our best to help...
I am testing these recycled, biodegradable mailing bags as a step in the right direction, whilst continuing to search for other ways to reduce the company's plastic usage. If you have any suggestions, please send me a message or email email@example.com
Please note: Whilst all products are inspected before dispatch, to make sure that they are in excellent condition, very occasionally they will arrive not in their original plastic bag. In an attempt to reduce plastic waste, I have made the decision not to buy extra packaging where it is not necessary. This may result in another bag being reused and the bag label corrected.
